The Project.

Offices spanned across 2 floors at the stunning Eagle Tower in Cheltenham. As part of a culture change and streamlining, they relocated to a new office space nearby at Studio 8. 

To move out of their existing office space at Eagle Tower, a Category A refurbishment was required to restore the office to its original finish.

Anatwine offered the refurbishment project at Eagle Tower to Cargo Interiors and the new office fit-out at Studio 8… and we were glad to help!

The Location.

Eagle Tower is one of the most prestigious addresses in Gloucestershire. The quality office spaces are centrally located above the fashionable Montpellier district with stunning views over this vibrant area of Cheltenham. Discovery.

The Cargo team worked closely with the amazing facilities and management teams at Eagle Tower to discover the high quality and modern finish they expect for their office spaces.
Our brief was to strip out two floors of the building to get them back-to-basics and finish them to a high-level ‘blank canvas’ standard. All traces of the previous tenant’s office design needed to be wiped clean and reset ready for the next customer to move in.

Delivery.

Our talented network of professionals took care of every element of the strip out and refurbishment from start to finish. This included everything from equipment removal to decorating.

The finished result of this Category A Refurbishment project was a premium office space ready for a new company to move into and call ‘home’ right away.

Key Project Features:

Mechanical & Electrical

Our professional engineers carried out the full mechanical and electrical renovation of the office space. This involved stripping out and replacing all of the electrical and data points that were part of the previous tenant’s office design.

Replacement Flooring

To create a fresh office space ready for a new tenant we replaced the flooring to a stylish charcoal grey.

Reskim, Painting & Decorating.

Our decorators gave the walls of the office a face-lift by reskimming, painting and decorating the entire space. Bright, fresh and inviting – nothing says ‘new home’ like crisp white walls.

Equipment Removal

We made light work of the moving process for our client by removing office furniture, equipment and services from one office to the other.

Project Management.

The Cargo project managers co-ordinated each specialism and service throughout the builds at both sites to ensure an efficient process from concept to construction.
