WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CAT A & CAT B FIT OUT?

  • Cat A

    In a CAT A fit-out project, the goal is to create a functional, empty space that can be designed by interior designers. Usually, landlords hire professionals to complete the project, so they can offer an empty but finished space to potential tenants. The final product will have all the necessary infrastructure and finishes, such as water, power, toilets, fire detection systems, and painted walls.
